Located right in the heart of the town, on Pou Bo street, we can find this singular structure apartment building. It is a building between party walls that will house two apartments whit commercial premises on the ground floor, as well as car park.
The commercial premises, without specific use, is distributed in four rooms, with a bathroom and a distributor.
The house on the first floor has a bedroom with an unsuited bathroom and a dressing room, one small hall, a kitchen and a living room, as well as a toilet. The house on the second floor has two bedrooms, each one with unsuited bathroom, a hall, a kitchen and a living room. The two houses will have a large porch and terrace area.
